23-24 Back to School Information

First Day of School- September 7th will be the first day of school for all students 3K-8th grade. 3K and PKFA students should follow the orientation instructions that were mailed home. If you are a 3K or PKFA family and you have not yet received orientation instructions please contact the school at 718-447-1195.
School begins at 7:30AM for K-8 students. Students should arrive at school at 7:20AM. All K-8 students are expected to be in the summer uniform. Please note that all tuition accounts need to be up to date PRIOR to the first day of school.Kindergarten students should enter through the outside classroom door (located in the parking lot. Grades 1-8 should enter through the main entrance and go down to the cafeteria. K-8 will have an 11:00AM dismissal on Sept.7th. There will be no bus service on Sept.7th.
Kindergarten will be dismissed through the outside classroom door. Parents please do not come up the ramp. You will be called to the door. Grades 1-4 will be dismissed at the St.Joseph exit. Grades 5-8 will be dismissed through the Kensington Ave doors.

3K and PKFA Families should enter the school through the Kensington Ave.entrance at 8:00AM. There will be an 11:00AM dismissal for 3K and PKFA students. Families should enter through the Kensington Ave entrance. Doors will open at 10:50AM.

Kindergarten students who are not participating in school breakfast (free to all!) should enter through the outside classroom door at 7:20.Kindergarten students participating in school breakfast should arrive between 7:00 and 7:10 through the main entrance.

Grades 1-8 students enter through the main entrance. Students who wish to have school breakfast (free to all) should arrive between 7:00 and 7:10. NO OUTSIDE BREAKFAST MAY BE CONSUMED AT SCHOOL. Students who do not wish to have school breakfast should arrive no later than 7:20.
Dismissal for grades K-8 will be at 2:00. THERE IS NO BUS SERVICE OR BEFORE OR AFTERCARE ON SEPTEMBER 8th.

Before care begins! Bus service begins! Aftercare begins! Students must be registered in Before and Aftercare to attend.
Students in grades K-8 should wear gym uniforms. Gym uniforms will be worn on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Back to School Night for all grades will be Sept.12 at 6:00PM. This is for adults only. Our wonderful Uniform Exchange Parent Volunteer will be present before 6:00PM with donated uniforms for you to "shop" for! We will also have sign up information for our Home School Association!
